This entire process was extremely eye-opening on how best to assist others in times of distress and discomfort. It is a skill every single person should have and the training experience was 10/10. I now have the adequate tools to use and help others.

Steve, Participant.

All New Zealanders would hugely benefit from this training. No one is immune to mental illness and this training allows us to be better equipped to deal with it early and effectively. At the most basic level, this course teaches us how to better communicate with each other, something we have lost and something that has the power to be lifesaving. The skills learned through this course are priceless and much needed by everyone in every walk of life.
