MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT PLATFORMS - this session creates a strong\nfoundation for understanding of best support practices. \n\n2. CRISIS RESPONSE - this session develops confidence and competence\nto respond to mental health crises.\n\n3. CONVOS SUPPORT FRAMEWORK - this session guides you through a\nconversational framework to help you provide mental health support.\n\n4. PRACTICE - this session supports you in building confidence by\npractising the skills and applying them to your personal or\nprofessional context.\n\n \n\n_PLEASE NOTE: THIS COURSE WILL ONLY GO AHEAD IF WE RECEIVE\nENOUGH BOOKINGS. THE DATE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE._\n\n \n\n_This entire process was extremely eye-opening on how best to assist\nothers in times of distress and discomfort. It is a skill every single\nperson should have and the training experience was 10/10.
