At CoLiberate, we've been wanting to offer a solid mindfulness meditation practice for a while. For six weeks, George will offer different intention based activities; be that an introduction to mindfulness of breath, strengthening our ability to be kind, or noticing sensations in our bodies. 
 
Whether you are a practiced meditator or a total beginner this 6-week meditation challenge is for you. Every moment is an opportunity for us to find ourselves whenever we are and smile. 
 
Mindfulness is not just a practice but a way of being. We practice so we can bring the qualities we cultivate into our day to day.
