This training will give individuals the basic skills needed to manage their time effectively in our modern world. Individuals should bring their own to-do lists and daily time management struggles and we will spend time working through ways to get back time through using the skills we will learn.
At the end of the workshop, individuals will be able to:
- Understand why Time Management is important.
- Know 5 fundamentals for managing time effectively.
- Know 3 pitfalls to avoid that can affect your ability to manage your time effectively.
- Know where to find and utilise a range of tools that will help them manage their time effectively.
- Identify the areas of distraction that are impacting on your workplace daily and have a plan of action to help you to minimise these distractions.
- Be able to identify the areas that are impacting your ability to manage time effectively and make a draft plan on how to develop better habits through the use of effective tools provided.
