DESCRIPTION:Contact less firing service for members\n\n**IF YOU HAVE A VACCINE PASSPORT PLEASE DON'T USE THIS SERVICE AS\nIT WILL CLOG UP THE SYSTEM FOR OTHER MEMBERS.** \n\nYou will need a current membership to use this service. \n\nPlease make sure you have read the following for contact less drop off\nand pick up service.\n\nPLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE BUILDING.\n\nThis service is only available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays 1pm\n– 3:30pm.\n\nDrop Off\n\n 	* Items measured and paid the day prior to dropping off\n 	* Email items description, number of pieces with prices and photos\nof your items getting fired before putting them in a box. (This will\nhelp us find all your pieces once they have been fired)\n 	* Firing sheets → Commercial firing sheet\n[https://www.eventspronto.co.nz/vdb/document/485], Club firing sheet\n[https://www.eventspronto.co.nz/vdb/document/486] \n 	* Please pack your items in an appropriate size box with your name\nand number clearly written on the outside.\n 	* Leave your box(s) on the table outside the glaze room door and\nplease scan QR code on table.\n 	* Please label which items are for glaze or bisque firing (glaze\nitems please state if for electric or gas)\n\nPlease deposit payments into the following bank account:\n03-0371-00110591-000 and use the appropriate references "firing" or\n"clay".\n\nPick up\n\n 	* You will be notified when your pottery is ready for collection.\n 	* Your box(s) will be left on the table outside the glaze room, if\nyou could reply to your notification email and let us know a time\nwindow when you will collect then we don't have to have it sitting\noutside unattended for a long period of time.\n 	* If you want to collect items that were fired before the traffic\nlight system, please send image and/or description of pieces.
