If you want your team to perform,\nyou need to provide regular and relevant support that ensures your\npeople have the skills, capacity, and desire to do their job well.\nDiscover some simple strategies for growing an engaged, high\nperforming team.\n\nWORKSHOP 4: NAVIGATING THE TRICKY STUFF (16TH MARCH)\n\nManging conflict, poor behaviour and poor performance are all a part\nof a manager’s role. Learn how to have vital conversations that\nenable you to hold people to account and re-set expectations in a\npositive way.\n\nWORKSHOP 5: EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION (30TH MARCH)\n\nAs a manager, you need to communicate well with a range of different\nstakeholders. Unpack a simple framework that helps you plan\nconversations and presentations in a way that gets the right message,\nto the right people, in the right way.\n\nWORKSHOP 6: PEER COACHING AND PRESENTATIONS (13TH APRIL)\n\nThe best way to learn is to teach. In this session, you’ll have a\nchance to put everything you have learned into practice, as we share\nideas, advice and reflections through peer coaching and learning\npresentations.
