I finished the first two sessions\nfeeling much more positive that I could be more aware of behaviours\nthat might indicate someone needs help, and that I can then be more\nhelpful when someone requires support grappling with issues that might\nimpact mental health." _\n\n_- Mark Webster, Visitor Services Coordinator, Museum of Transport\nand Technology, Auckland. _\n\n \n\n_"This course is among the most valuable training I have ever done,\nand should be regarded as essential."_\n\n * _John Rodger, Vector_\n\n \n\n_"I was a bit concerned about training online as I prefer to work in\na classroom environment, however, I think it worked really well.  We,\nthe participants, didn't have to compete for the mic like I thought we\nwould.  Our comments and feedback were acknowledged and our feelings\nvalidated.  The facilitators provided a safe space for me to feel\ncomfortable to learn, practice and make mistakes...  Thank you\nCoLiberate!"_\n\n * _Marilyn Barbarich MSD_\n\n \n\n_"I found this online training incredibly well organised, the Zoom\nenvironment was well structured and easy to navigate technologically\n(given the team sorted most of it!). Very impressed with the elegant\nsimplicity, level of participation getting everyone engaged and\npracticing in a safe and comfortable way. Went away with a huge amount\nwithout feeling overwhelmed, emotional or confused."_\n\n * _MHFR Participant _\n\n \n\nAll sessions have:\n\n∙ Participatory learning approach   \n\n∙ Individually completed digital workbooks   \n\n∙ Visual, game-based and participant-led learning environment   \n\n∙ Guided by highly skilled and experienced CoLiberate facilitators\n\n∙ CoLiberate’s acclaimed group experience model\n\n∙ Hosted remotely through video conferencing software   \n\n∙ 90-minute duration each\n\n.
