I studied as a ceramic artist\nat the Queensland College of Art. I then worked full time at Montville\nPottery, Queensland, Petruccelli Ceramics and Robert Gordon Pottery,\nVictoria for 10 years as a production thrower. \n\nCome join me in a half day workshop in everything you need to know\nwhen turning your thrown pieces. In this workshop I will cover how to\nmake your own chucks and how to use them, the tools you need in your\nkete, and how to approach each piece you turn. \n\n \n\nPLEASE NOTE: \n\n \n\nTHIS IS A WOPRKSHOP FOCUSED ON TRIMMING YOUR WHEEL THROWN PIECES. YOU\nWILL LEARN TO THROW DIFFERENT TYPES OF CHUCKS, SO PLEASE BRING SOME\nCLAY WITH YOU AS WELL. \n\nIT IS IMPORTANT YOU HAVE ALREADY THROWN SOME ITEMS TO TRIM FOR THIS\nCLASS.
