As a Diversity and Inclusion Manager, she delivered\nnational solutions on unconscious bias, gender equity, youth\nenablement and cultural responsiveness. She is passionate in\nsupporting organisations of all types to be kinder, more responsive\nand compassionate to both their own teams, and the service users that\nthey interact with each and every day.\n\n \n\nOf Samoan heritage, born and raised in Ranui, West Auckland, she is\nalso a trained secondary school teacher with experience in the public\nand not-for-profit sector.
