DESCRIPTION:Psychological safety plays a critical role in creating healthy,\nconnected, and high-performing workplaces. It influences how\ncomfortable people feel contributing ideas, asking questions, speaking\nup about concerns, admitting mistakes, and challenging thinking\nrespectfully. When psychological safety is present, teams are more\nengaged, collaborative, adaptable, and resilient under pressure.\n\nThis 3-HOUR practical and interactive workshop is designed to build a\nshared understanding of psychological safety and strengthen the\neveryday behaviours that contribute to a more open, respectful, and\nsupportive workplace culture.
