DESCRIPTION:It's the time of year again when we have our big clean-up and get a\nbit of maintenance done around the studio, so we're all set for a\nfresh new year.\n\nThis year, we'll be concentrating on clearing out the kitchen and\nfoyer area, as we'll be having the walls painted and the concrete\nfloor ground and polished over the holiday period.
