This 3 hour practical and interactive workshop is designed to build confidence and capability in navigating conversations that can often feel uncomfortable, emotionally charged, or avoided altogether. Participants will explore how to approach difficult discussions with empathy, clarity, emotional awareness, and professionalism while maintaining respect for both themselves and others.
