Terms and conditions

• Use of the club hut is a member privilege and requires a very reasonable payment of $10/ member/night and $15/non-member/night. Remember to pay for your stay now.
• Do NOT share the gate and lock codes with non-members. The hut’s security is depending on you!
• Use of the club hut is at your own risk. While we do our best, the WAC makes no warranties that all facilities will be in working order.
• Booking the club hut is on a non-exclusive basis. You may have to share with others that have booked at the same time.
• The bedroom sleeps 7 (2 doubles + 3 singles). Mattresses are provided but BYO sleeping bags and pillows.
• Please leave the hut clean and tidy, ready for the next occupant. Failure to do so may result in loss of booking privileges.
• It is your responsibility to report any broken, worn, missing, or empty items that are considered part of the club hut. Please email Don Wallace on donwal@xtra.co.nz
• Remember this is your hut. Do your bit by mowing the grass and replenishing the fire wood.
