Who says you need to have mastered the wheel to make mugs?
 
You don't. And we can show you an easy-peasy way to make your own mugs.
 
In fact, lots of commercially sold mugs are hand-built. Using a slab-building technique, absolute beginners can make gorgeous mugs. In this 3-hour workshop, you will learn how to construct a mug using slabs, ensure all the parts are securely attached, and make and attach a handle. 
 
You will be given the choice of two glaze colours and the tutor will glaze your mugs on your behalf, so if you haven't learned the art of glazing yet, no worries. 
 
The cost of high quality paperclay and firing is included in the price for this workshop.
