Painting on Canvas with Acrylics (Ages 8 – 12)
In this workshop the children will learn painting techniques using acrylic paints. Using NZ artist Reina Cottier’s artwork as inspiration, the children will be taking step by step through the process of creating an acrylic painting on canvas. Steps include, creating a background, and adding koru patterns and a nz bird.
$15 per student. All materials provided.
What children need to bring:
● Wear clothes that are old and parents don’t mind getting paint on
● Snacks and a drink of water
