What you will learn:
The first hour will be facilitated by the Community Insights team and will cover what data to include:
- When to use % vs amounts
- Getting the balance right - numbers vs narrative
- Data sources
The following two hours will be facilitated by Emily Arnold from Creative BOP taking you through Canva:
- Useful infographic templates
- Using symbols and images
- Icons
- Charts
- Composition
- Using your organisations brand kit
This session is for people who already have a Canva account and know their way around the basics. If you are not currently using Canva and want to learn the basics first check out the Canva - Starting your creative journey workshop in August.
What to bring:
- Access to a Canva account to practice as you are learning (ideally with your brand kits loaded)
- A copy of your latest Performance Report or some data to report on what you have achieved during the year.
- Your laptop and power cable to the workshop so you can create your own infographic during the session.
