Monthly workshops designed to support small-medium sized local community or charitable organisations through all aspects of managing their finances. The workshops are available to attend in-person or online (please select when you register).

Reading and understanding the different financial reports available can be confusing.

Learn to read, understanding and identify red flags for:

Balance Sheet
Profit & Loss Reports
Budget vs Actual
Cashflow Statement

If you are currently using reserves funding or concerned about future cashflow and you don’t know how long you can continue to operate this workshop is for you as we will also cover:

What is Cashflow Forecasting
How to regularly report on Cashflow
What to do when the numbers don’t add up

Templates, links to useful sites/ tools and a copy of the presentation will also be provided.
