- Calculate the cost of service and/or programme delivery per session and per person
- Calculate CPI increases
- Update your budget to include CPI increases
- Be aware of service delivery numbers available based on funding provided and entering into discussions with funders from an informed position
Templates, links to useful sites/ tools and a copy of the presentation will also be provided.
